You need to remove your gel polish from your nails now and you do not have access to acetone or anything to wrap your fingers properly. Gel polish can be taken off from the nails without acetone in a natural way by soaking the gel polish in warm water for 15 minutes. During this time, heat from the warm water will soften and expand the old gel polish so its adhesive bond to the natural nail surface is weakened and gel polish can be peeled away by using other fingernails easily.
The heat will soften and expand the old gel polish and warm water is a good natural way to introduce that heat to your old gel polish.

If you just got your gel manicure and do not like it, there are ways you can change or improve it to your liking without having to remove that gel polish completely here.
Create some loose spots on the nails
Using your other fingernails, an orangewood stick, a thin part of a cuticle pusher, or a pair of tweezers to create some lifting spot on the gel polish. The more you create, the faster the gel polish will come off but do this gently and do not use excessive force or you will peel off your own nails too.
If gel polish still sticks very well on the nails, leave it. The heat will loosen it after soaking later
After you finish the above step for all ten fingers, time to soak them in warm water.
Soak gel polish in warm water
Find a plastic bowl that you can fit both hands in comfortably, pour about two-thirds of very warm water and submerge all ten fingers. You can add just a few drops of hand soap. Too much soap will make the water slippery. Soak both hands for about 10 minutes.
If a bowl is not available, you can do this at a sink. Fill the sink with enough hot water so you can soak both hands.
Tip: this process will take less time after a shower or washing dishes because your old gel polish is subject to additional heat and moisture in advance.
Lifting gel polish off
Start at a loose or lifting spot on a nail, using your other fingernails, an orangewood stick, something similar, or a pair of tweezers gently push or peel the old gel polish up.
Do it slowly and try not to break it off as you need it to grab onto the next time. After you can not peel it anymore without breaking, soak the nail again and start on the next fingernail.
As you are doing this, do your best to keep all nails soaked.
Do this for all ten nails.
Keep the soaked gel polish warm
If water starts to get cool, add more hot water or replace it.
Try to repeat the above step on all nails until you can remove the old gel polish completely.
Finish the remaining the gel base coat
After you are done peeling the gel polish off, there might be some gel base coat still remain on the nails. You have a choice here. Either you can leave it there or continue to soak your nails until you can safely peel, push or scrape it off.
Tip: adding some cuticle oil or cooking oil to the nails will loosen the small remaining gel basecoat spots so you can push them off easier.
Wash and rinse off your hands with clean water.
Pamper your hands after gel polish removal
Soaking in hot water will make your hands dry so you can apply some hand lotion to moisturize them.
